We took a quick trip last night to show the kids the dams...

The photographer in me hates that I didn't get any catchlights in this shot and the fact that it's slightly out-of-focus. The Auntie in me loves her beautiful coloring and the way her eyes match her shirt perfectly...Aqua is definately her color.
I think she is just blossoming...
Then we went to Noxon and we were all impressed, to say the least!
That was an amazing amount of water...it felt like we were in a fridge.
I love how they are both hiding behind the fence like that!

They had an amazing park area here. The kids loved running all over the place.
We all found ourselves wishing we had come earlier in the day for a picnic.
It's always nice to get Mommy shots...

I have some great pics, but could have kicked myself for not checking the iso....Ryan had set it really high for the raingear pics....so they are grainy! :(

Ryan's question is who goes to a dam, and takes pics of mainly the kids?! He kind of got it when he saw the cartwheel pics of m, he pointed out the cool background right away! And I said YUP! Thats why we do what we do! :)
Someone needs to tell those "boys" that the beauty in being BOYS is that you can pee descreetly....if you want to!
This looks fun! I wish we would've gone with you! We had already made other plans. Maybe we could do something all together soon.
It looks as though we missed out on some fun times... I have to say I love the pic of ava! She looks so beautiful..... yes, blue is her color! I've been trying to get more blue for K, it brings her eyes out as well....
