Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh!

So much to do and no time or money to do it!
The busiest week of our entire year is 2 short weeks away.
And I feel kinda like doing this...

Adah is in her most demanding stage of babyhood.

Camden needs constant supervision with his schooling.

And Jude and Gwyneth just need constant supervision!

I might actually be able to check something off the list if I ever had 2 seconds to think straight!

Hey guys...your ALL....stressing out. Take it from my many years..it is not worth breakdowns. I know. I had one.
Just a suggestion...put on some child made bunny ears and fuzzy tails on the little ones...go to church...leave quickly and go to a fast Easter Egg Hunt BD party at the twins house. That would wrap up Easter and birthday. Have a small bunny cake and a dish of ice cream. A couple hours later in the afternoon each family go home and spend it in their own home relaxing just together. No fuss...It might be an Easter to remember. You could even let the kids draw on the eggs and not color them. Give the kids something to do. No dress up stuff. Simple, Simple. Next year you just might have more time. The old Bag Lady's thought.

PS...
Each family could bring six eggs hard boiled and the kids could have the faces already drawn on the eggs. Save time. The girls could hide the eggs in front of house...boys could hide eggs in back of house. Then they trade sides and find eggs. The one who had the best egg....well they could eat the egg or something. Ha.
Anyway, that would be a quick deal. After eggs..open gifts ...eat cake...go home. Happy Birthday Gwen and Jude. gami

Yipes!
I hadn't even thought of Easter eggs....I'm so bad! So really, you guys just stressed me out more!(:

Shelby, I have Heidi and Mom here on Wednesday. We can do eggs then if you want to drop off your kids. It would be a lot of fun for them and then you could go home and work on projects. I have everything I need, except eggs. So send them with however many hard-boiled eggs you want. (: Let me know!

Gami, I thought about doing Easter here and just celebrating Jude and Gwyneth's birthday along with it. But Lyle and I both have huge families and it's about all we can handle to get together for a couple of hours to open gifts. (: It gets CROWDED to say the least and I didn't want to subject everyone to that for their Easter celebration. Plus I wanted to keep Easter about Easter, and not make everyone celebrate a birthday instead...I do it to myself, I know! (:

FYI, everyone...
We'll be having the birthday party at the park in town if the weather is as nice as it has been...though I'm not holding my breath!

I really understand and I do not know how you handle four little guys, that big house and ALL of you gals give these beautiful magazine parties. I smile because I know they will gradually dwindle off into the sunset and I'm not talking about the Sunset Magazine. Maybe you could give one a year and have the kids take turns. Or just have one a year for all. Really the time will come when you'll know you must take care of this 'stress' item. It will eat you up. Connie is just now finding out she can't do it forever. She did a wonderful job all these years but....after the 'fifty' hits..it's time to think about the other side of fifty. I tell you now..the years teach you many things; Love ya all..gami
