She has finally started to role-play a little.
I found her the other day with "Baby Anna" in the highchair.
She was feeding her "icy water" & "yummy chicky."
How eye-opening it is to hear her tell her baby little things like,
"now!" & "No, No!"
I fear she gets her sauciness from her own mother,
much to my dismay.
And then she'll tenderly feed her and give her sweet kisses,
all the while cooing at her, and I feel a bit better about the whole matter...
a bit.

All of you please pray I get a daughter someday so I can take pictures like this and buy dresses and dolls and something pink! I used to hate pink...

Oh, and if it's not too much trouble, pray that this happens BEFORE 6 or 7 boys! Actually before three boys would be nice!

very sweet terah! i have been dying to finish the girl's kitchen hutch for this reason... especially since ava is huge into pretend everything!
I heard you saying something about being "in the clear", you aren't going to have a baby in December...does that mean you are trying for a girl Heidi?
