Well, we snuck in and had our ultrasound today.
We just couldn't wait another week to find out if I was incubating one or two of the lil stinkers.
(That would've been almost 22 weeks!)
So, I called to see if they had any openings.
They did, and....
Drum roll, please...
We get one, and only one, sweet baby this time around!
I am so excited and relieved that I haven't shut up since.
Heaven.
It'll be pure Heaven to have one baby to dote on, spoil and love.
I can't wait!
Most of you will be miffed that I stuck to my guns;
we didn't find out what it is yet.
Daddy and I confirmed with each other afterwords,
and we're both sure we saw hamburger buns.
Girls are hamburger buns. Boys are turtles.
That's what they told us with Camden.
You get the picture.
Not that we're in any way saying it's a girl.
That was just our impression.
Everything looks great.
Very healthy.
Everything measuring perfectly.
They were surprised at how well the measurements matched up with the dates.
Extra long femur. Just like Gwyneth.
I couldn't believe how well we could see the facial features.
I was stunned by the beauty of it.
Perfect lips, nose and chin.
Now, if it comes out looking like Daddy you all have to pretend it's beautiful anyway -k-? (:
Maybe we can find the scanner so I can share our pics later.
We'll see.
Now, everyone take a huge sigh of relief for me!

Besides...everyone thinks Jude is the cutest thing ever and he is 100% Daddy!

I really think I'm gonna die before Tuesday.
I was telling Jay that there is no way she's going to say it's a girl, I just feel in my gut(so to speak)that it's a boy. I can't even picture anyone saying the words, "It's a girl." It just seems so far fetched.
Anyway, I *hate* to say I told you so but.... I'm really glad that I was right about it being only one. It's gonna feel so easy for you this time around. =) Just think, only one little set of buns to diaper, only one car seat to pack in and out, only one vicious little sucker, only one waking you up 11tybillion times every night. *sigh* Sounds exciting, huh?
By the way, I do hope it's a girl, almost as much as I hope mine is!

Yeah, no matter who IT looks like we will all adore IT. Yeah, I'm saying IT alot, because I'm one that is miffed you didn't find out what IT is. =]

Congrats on the great report of a healthy baby! And I applaud you for waiting...I never could do it...but admire those that do!

That is so exciting! Its always a bit of a relief for me when they look at the measurements and say that everything is "fine". So nice to hear that baby's face was beautiful, the girls were like that for me...and Levi looked well...kinda like hitler...it was oddly disturbing.
ALL your children are exceptionally good looking! They clearly have a wonderful genetic mix :)

Oh Karina! Didn't you know? Levi gets that from his Papa Sig. All of the kids at the school used to give him the Hitler salute when he had a mustache. Of course it was always after he left the room. Cowards! =)

How exciting!!! I have been thinking of you a lot lately and werid enough i dreamed about your ultrasound last night. woke up thinking - you lucky duck you to have a girl! Guess we will have to wait and see in June. either way i am making a snuggler in girly colors that you can use :)
